Welcome to Pathflow. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of the Pathflow Finance Tracker, the Pathflow Savings Goal Tracker, and any related products or files (the "Products") sold through pathflow.store (the "Site"). By purchasing or using a Product, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Products

The Products are digital budgeting and planning tools delivered as downloadable files that run in your web browser. They are provided for personal, informational, and organizational purposes only.

2. License & permitted use

When you purchase a Product, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for your own personal use. You may use it across your own devices for as long as you like.

3. Restrictions

You may not, without prior written permission from Pathflow:

• Resell, redistribute, share, lend, sublicense, or otherwise transfer the Product or any part of it, whether for free or for profit;
• Republish, repackage, or upload the Product to any website, marketplace, file-sharing service, or other platform;
• Reproduce, copy, or create derivative works from the Product's design, code, or content;
• Remove, alter, or obscure any branding, copyright, or proprietary notices;
• Claim the Product, or any modified version of it, as your own creation.

All intellectual property rights in the Products — including the design, code, layout, and content — remain the exclusive property of Pathflow.

4. Not financial advice

The Products are planning and organizational tools only. They do not provide financial, investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice, and nothing in them should be relied upon as such. Any figures, recommendations, benchmarks, or guidelines are general in nature and may not be suitable for your individual circumstances. You are solely responsible for your own financial decisions. For advice specific to your situation, consult a qualified professional.

5. Payment

All prices are listed on the Site and are charged as one-time payments unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely by a third-party payment provider; Pathflow does not receive or store your full payment card details.

6. Delivery

Products are delivered digitally. Access or download instructions are provided after a successful payment. It is your responsibility to provide a valid email address and to download and save your file.

7. Refunds

Because the Products are digital goods delivered immediately, all sales are considered final unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated at the time of purchase. [Insert your final refund policy here before launch.]

8. Disclaimer of warranties

Pathflow's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Product.

Pathflow may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase. Continued use of the Products after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

The budgeting and savings data you type into the Products (income, expenses, goals, and similar figures) is stored locally on your own device, in your browser. It is not transmitted to us, and we cannot see, access, or store it. Clearing your browser data may remove it, so keep your own records if needed.

2. Information we collect at checkout

When you make a purchase, we collect the information needed to complete and deliver your order — typically your name and email address. Payment details (such as your card number) are collected and processed directly by our third-party payment provider; we do not receive or store your full payment card information.

3. How we use your information

• To deliver the Product you purchased;
• To send order confirmations, receipts, and important updates about your purchase;
• To respond to support requests;
• To meet legal, accounting, and tax obligations.

4. Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate — such as our payment processor and email/delivery tools — and only as needed to provide the service, or where required by law.
